Processing & Shipping Times

For all orders not including clothing please allow 2-7 business days for your order to be sent out. 

For orders including clothing please allow 1-2 weeks (Business days) for your order to be sent out.

For Hail Mary Lowrider Tapestry Hoodie Pre-Order please allow 4-5 weeks for your order to be shipped. Pre-Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Shipping times after your order has been sent out & scanned at USPS can range between 2-5 business days depending on your location, We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS.


Tracking numbers are sent to the provided email within the given processing & shipping times stated above.

Please make sure to provide the correct email address at checkout to receive your tracking number.


Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at checkout if the incorrect address was provided we can change it if contacted right away.

We can only update your address if there was a misspelling, missed or added numbers , or apt number. We cannot change it to a completely different address.

Once a shipping label is created or dropped off at USPS we cannot change the address.

0gBeautyShop is not responsible for shipments sent & delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer, We will not issue a refund or replacement.


If a package is returned to us due to a wrong/insufficient address, there will be a reshipping fee between $5-$12 depending on the product & location to reship your order.


Once the package has been scanned at USPS 0gBeautyShop is no longer responsible for any delays, lost , stolen or damaged packages. We will not issue refunds or replacements. If there is a problem with your package once scanned at USPS or delivered by USPS you will need to contact them directly with your tracking number to help you resolve the issue.


Please keep an eye on your tracking number for updates & delivery date. In the event that your tracking number updates as “delivered” and it is not there please contact USPS right away if you believe your package was lost or stolen, We will not issue refunds & replacements.
