Processing & Shipping Policy
Please Read Before Ordering
All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review our full Policies page for additional information before placing your order.
Processing Times
Orders Containing Clothing please allow 1–3 weeks (business days) for your order to be processed and shipped.
Orders Not Containing Clothing
Please allow 2–7 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
Shipping Times
Once your order has been shipped and scanned by USPS, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.
0gBeautyShop is not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping carriers.
Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are sent to the email address provided at checkout once your order has been processed and shipped.
Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout to receive tracking updates.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If an address was entered incorrectly, please contact us immediately. We may be able to correct minor errors such as:
- Misspellings
- Missing or additional numbers
- Missing apartment or unit numbers
We cannot change an order to a completely different address.
Once a shipping label has been created or the package has been dropped off with USPS, we are unable to make any address changes.
0gBeautyShop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. No refunds or replacements will be issued in these cases.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an insufficient, incomplete, or incorrect address, a reshipping fee of $5–$12 may apply, depending on the product and destination.
Lost, Stolen, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once a package has been accepted and scanned by USPS, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.
0gBeautyShop is not responsible for packages that are:
- Delayed
- Lost
- Stolen
- Damaged during transit
We do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier-related issues. If you experience a problem with your shipment, please contact USPS directly using your tracking number for assistance.
Delivered Packages
Please monitor your tracking information regularly.
If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, contact USPS immediately to initiate an investigation. 0gBeautyShop does not provide refunds or replacements for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
