Thank you for shopping with 0gBeautyShop. By accessing our website and/or purchasing from us, you agree to the terms, conditions, policies, and notices outlined below. Please read this information carefully before placing an order.

TERMS OF SERVICE
This website is operated by 0gBeautyShop. Throughout the site, the terms "we," "us," and "our" refer to 0gBeautyShop. By visiting our website or purchasing products from us, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service including any additional policies referenced herein.

These Terms apply to all users of the website including but not limited to browsers, customers, merchants, vendors, and content contributors. If you do not agree to these Terms please do not access or use our website or services.


REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, order cancellations, or order modifications once an order has been placed.

At 0gBeautyShop, we take pride in providing the highest quality products possible and carefully inspect orders before they are shipped. However despite our best efforts, mistakes can occasionally happen or small manufacturing defects may be overlooked.

The only exception to our no exchange policy applies to items that arrive defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues and not as a result of shipping.

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours (2 days) of the delivery date.
  • You must provide clear photos of:
    • The defective or damaged item(s)
    • The product packaging
    • A detailed description of the issue

Requests submitted after 48 hours from delivery will not be eligible for replacement. The exchanged item will be the exact design and size of original purchase no changes.


COPYRIGHT NOTICE
We dedicate significant time, effort, creativity, and resources to designing and creating our unique original products and artwork. All illustrations, graphics, and designs featured on our products & website are hand drawn & originally created by us.

All artwork, designs, graphics, images, logos, and products created displayed or sold by 0gBeautyShop are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws and remain the exclusive property of 0gBeautyShop.

We take the protection of our copyrights and intellectual property very seriously. Any unauthorized use, reproduction, copying, tracing, modification, distribution, sale, resale, exploitation, or commercial use of our artwork, designs, products, or content is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent.

This prohibition also includes creating works that are substantially derived from, inspired by, or intentionally modeled after our products, artwork, or designs for the purpose of producing similar or imitations works. Such activities are considered infringement of our intellectual property rights and will be taken seriously.

This restriction applies to content displayed on our website, social media platforms, and any other platform where our content may be posted or shared, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and similar platforms.

Unauthorized use of our copyrighted material constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action, including the pursuit of all available legal remedies to protect our intellectual property rights.


RESELLING POLICY
All products and artwork sold by 0gBeautyShop are protected intellectual property and are intended for personal use only.
The purchase of a product does not transfer ownership of any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
Customers are strictly prohibited from:

  • Reselling our products
  • Reproducing our products
  • Reproducing art work found on clothing
  • Copying our artwork or designs
  • Creating derivative works based on our products or artwork

Any unauthorized duplication, reproduction, or resale of our products or designs will result in legal action for copyright infringement.


SHIPPING POLICY
Once an order has been accepted and scanned by USPS or the designated shipping carrier responsibility for the shipment transfers to the carrier.

0gBeautyShop is not responsible for:

  • Shipping delays
  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Carrier-related damage

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages affected by carrier related issues. For additional information please review our Shipping Policy.


ORDER VERIFICATION & PACKAGE CONFIRMATION
For high value orders, flagged transactions, or orders requiring additional verification we may contact you by email to confirm order details.

If a response is not received within 48 hours of our initial verification request, we reserve the right to cancel and refund the order.

Any applicable processing or transaction fees may be deducted from the refund amount. The fee amount if applicable, will be disclosed in the initial verification email.


CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
We take chargebacks and payment disputes very seriously. If you experience any issue with your order we ask that you contact us first so we have the opportunity to review and resolve the matter directly.

By placing an order with 0gBeautyShop you agree not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons that are inconsistent with our stated policies including our refund, return, exchange, and shipping policies.

We reserve the right to challenge and dispute any chargeback or payment dispute that we believe to be fraudulent, inaccurate, or filed in bad faith. In such cases we will provide supporting documentation and evidence to the payment processor, financial institution, or card issuer, including but not limited to order records, tracking information, delivery confirmation, customer communications, photographs, and other relevant documentation.

Fraudulent chargebacks, false claims, or intentional misuse of the chargeback process will result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges. We reserve the right to take legal action against the customer who filed the charge back to recover products, damages, fees, costs, and any other remedies available under applicable law.


MODIFICATIONS TO PRODUCTS & PRICING
Prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing may increase or decrease at any time due to factors including but not limited to changes in material costs, labor costs, other business related factors.

We continually work to improve our products and may make updates, revisions, enhancements, upgrades to product designs, materials or specifications at any time without prior notice. Any significant changes or upgrades will be noted in the product description.

It is the customer's responsibility to carefully read and review the full product description, specifications and details before making a purchase. By placing an order you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product information provided at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, remove any product, service, content, or portion of the website at any time without prior notice.

0gBeautyShop is not be liable for any modification, product update, price change, suspension, or discontinuation of any service or product.
